Francisco Ramirez is licensed by the State Bar of Texas as an Attorney and Counselor at Law, and he is the president of Francisco Ramirez & Associates, P.C., where he provides legal and consulting services to entrepreneurs, business owners, and companies in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate governance, contracts, real estate, employment, transportation, intellectual property, and engineering and construction law.

Francisco Ramirez is also a business consultant for the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council, where he provides advice on business planning, management, marketing, bid preparation, joint ventures, capacity enhancement, operations financing, and loan packaging.

Francisco Ramirez has over twenty years of experience in managing legal, procurement, marketing, and logistics activities in domestic and international assignments. Ten of these years were at major engineering and construction company in projects around the world. Francisco has also worked for other companies involved in international trade.
